Modern house structure designed by Bayden Goddard Design (BGD Architects) with off-form concrete and polished concrete, recycled timber columns and timber cladding, flat render and heavy stucco render and honed and polished stones. Designed in modern interior with timber lined ceilings at the entry which is fold up the void wall to enhance the height of this space. Separated by the entry void, upstairs is divided into two wings, defining adult and children spaces. The connection from internal to external spaces of this modern residential architecture is achieved through timber sliding and pivot doors to provide maximum cavity.
