Timber lined ceilings at the entry, fold up the void wall to enhance the height of this space. Separated by the entry void, upstairs is divided into two wings, defining adult and children spaces. The connection from internal to external spaces is achieved through timber sliding & pivot doors providing maximum openings. The pool terrace, finished in low maintenance honed concrete is enclosed by two storey timber columns supporting a flat roof.

It is inspired by the traditional way of the surrounding local society, and many other places as well, in building houses in the past. The unique shape of the buildings and the way they are colored had composed the Wing Residences as the eye-catching and attractive modern residential building.

This contemporary wood clad house in the sky features a modern, curved shape. A large picture window on each end of the home and a skylight brighten interiors while lending a transparency and a connection to the outdoors. Inside this compact home design, minimalist interiors boast walls, floors and furniture of white glazed ash. The curved ceilings follow with the interesting home’s overall shape.

It is Kiyonobu Nakagame Architects who had proudly built this modern architecture building in Boso Peninsula east of Tokyo, Japan. He established the structure facing the Pacific Ocean with mountains as a backdrop which results in a picturesque scenery.
