These cores, which were built of reinforced concrete contain evacuation stairways and elevators. Cores were dilated from the existing building while the space between building and cores was covered with glass. Existing internal stairways were renovated and fitted with contemporary elevators replacing former cargo elevator. On the South-West side, a terrace made of exotic wood was introduced between the two communication cores, as an extension of commercial functions located at the building ground floor.

It is inspired by the traditional way of the surrounding local society, and many other places as well, in building houses in the past. The unique shape of the buildings and the way they are colored had composed the Wing Residences as the eye-catching and attractive modern residential building.

The structure is divided into three parts the ground-floor and first-floor accommodate a show room and office space. Entrance into the building is defined by varying light: one steps out of the light into the murkiness of the staircase, only to emerge into the light of the show room again.
