In this way the unity of the site not an architectural uniformity nor playing down all existing buildings based but is rather achieved through a landscape unit that is reinforced by the perforated walls.Visual perspectives provide a value to the architecture of the various cultural functions, the library, the existing multipurpose room and the new hall.

Lot 46 is an extreme 3 storey luxury home in Mines South Lake, Malaysia. Both the interior and exterior spaces are highly stylized with dramatic integrated artistic touches, such as a stairwell void populated by coloured metal circles. Circles work throughout the project contrasting with the otherwise severe dominant edges.

The two courtyard sub-school organization was the optimum solution for their occupancy. A principal planning challenge was to overcome the divorce of the site’s original grading from the city street system at both the south and west, and to re-integrate the site with the neighboring streets. Through design, the resultant grade differences introduced barrier-less and subtle separations between school grades.

The exterior decks and stairs also blend the different elevations of the exterior grade in a way that enhances the flow rather than obstruct it. Although not LEED certified the house was equipped with green ideas in mind such as solar paneling on the roofs, rain water collection for grey waters, environmentally sound materials such as cork and recycled wood-acrylic composites, and energy efficient appliances, and HVAC systems. All exterior wood work such as decks, pergolas and stairs was fabricated with reclaimed-recycled woods.
